1. Purpose of Personal Data Collection
The personal data collected in all application forms by the school will only be used for processing the relevant applications. The personal data provided by students in the student information form may be transferred to the Education Bureau for the purpose of investigating and following up on cases of student absenteeism, dropout, and school departure.
2. Provision of Personal Data
Applicants are responsible for providing accurate and up-to-date information to the school. Should there be any changes to the information provided in the form, applicants must contact the school as soon as possible.
Failure to provide or providing incorrect or incomplete information may affect the relevant application.
3. Transfer of Personal Data
Unless the individuals concerned have explicitly consented to a change in the purpose of the data, or such purposes are permitted by law, the school will not transfer the collected personal data to third parties. However, if the school is only acting as an agent for processing the application, rather than as the main organization, the school may transfer the collected personal data to the relevant organizing body during the processing of the application.
4. Access and Correction of Personal Data
Applicants have the right to access and correct their personal data.
